CASLV PTO is hosting a Jamba Juice Smoothie BOGO card fundraiser in which you receive 6 BOGO smoothies for $10.00 per card. These cards can also be loaded onto the free Jamba Juice app so you don't have to carry around a card.
Don't forget when submitting your order, please fill out your student's name (student first and last name) and their grade. This information will also be used for disbursement.
Cards will distributed to your campus front office. Further details can be found on the order form.
