CASLV PTO is hosting a Jamba Juice Smoothie BOGO card fundraiser in which you receive 6 BOGO ANY SIZE smoothies for $10.00 per card. That’s a savings of over $40.00! These cards can also be loaded onto the free Jamba Juice app so you don't have to carry around a card. Expiration does not begin until card has been loaded and the 6 BOGO offers are valid for 6 months.
Don't forget when submitting your order, please fill out your student's name (student first and last name) and their grade. This information will also be used for disbursement.
Cards will distributed to your campus front office. Further details can be found on the order form.
